I've got Sunshine on a Rainy Day!

Hello Again!


Its Elizabeth. I promise I will actually post something somehow edifying as some point. Just not today. Today I'm having way to much fun with my yellow rain boots. 


It rained today. Rained profusely. Usually I would detest that. I don't normally like rain. Rain-Cloudy-Dreary days seem to always put me in a depressing mood.  And I don't mean amazing dramatic thunderstorm sort of days. Those are great. Those are listening to Pirates of the Caribbean Soundtrack sort of days. A.K.A. Awesome days.  No I mean the gloomy grey drizzlely days. The kind that seem to banish the sun along with my fun. (Aha! That rhymed. Sorry moment...) Anyways, today. Today was a grey day. But its Spring Break. Thats the solution for every problem right? AND!  I found my yellow rain boots. :) This called for celebration. I do a lot of celebrating in case you wondered. So I donned my lovely sunshiny yellow boots with purple soles and purple linings and pranced about in puddles this afternoon. It was an overall jolly time. Of course I looked like a perfect idiot. That or a four year old. Ah well, I only have one year till adult-hood actually dawns... and I intend to revel in every single minute of childhood I get. Thus the puddle jumping.
